How do you two KNOW all this stuff!?!  Thank God for this board and everyone who takes the time to answer newbie questions.  Okay,  I googled them both and it seems like sicca syndrome is an element of Sjogren's disease.  So I'm thinking he probably means "sicca," and I am writing down this down so that I remember the connection between sicca syndrome and Sjogren's.  Thanks so much both of you!!
