(__) drape, local anesthetic wheels were raised, (_) and oblique projections of the intersections of the superior articular process of L5 and the sacral alla, as well as transverse processes of L5 and L4 and their superior articular processes.

This sentence just doesn't make sense to me? Is there anyone out there with more experience than me (everyone!) that can help me out! I am dying tonight! ;)
what is the sounds like before drape?
Subject: what is the sounds like before drape?

Usually on an epidural steroid injection, the skin is prepped and draped and skin wheals (not wheels) were raised to identify where the needle is to be inserted. Perhaps AP and oblique projections of *sacral ala" (not alla) was fluoroscoped.

Seems to me that this is a partial sentence.

If you google it, 3M makes Steri-Strips

It is really hard to tell though if they are using the brand name.  I usually just put "Steri-strips".
Either steri-stripped or recast sentence
Subject: Either steri-stripped or recast sentence

When you change the form of a proper name it is not capitalized. For example, bovied, kocherized, steri-stripped, etc. That being said, I would recast the sentence, if allowed, to say Steri-Strips were applied.
Steri-Strip is the brand name (see link with picture)
