1. If it is a verbatim account, you should put pee in there if he said it.
2. The patient reports, "When he tried to pee, he got weak, dizzy, hit the floor, did not feel right."
The right way if you were going to quote this would be:

Stedman's, Tessier, Sloane, Google, etc., all list Moschowitz, Moschcowitz, Moskowitz and Moscowitz in roughly equal proportions. None gives an actual first name or cites the pioneering publication. Please, does anyone actually know who this procedure is named after? Is it hernia repair pioneer Alexis Moschcowitz of Mt. Sinai? Full doctor name and facility or publication title, please!!!!!
