As QAS, I know that we may be on one account for 4 hours, then BOOM, the account switches. (With the new pooling this doesn't happen much anymore). Anyway, just like a transcriptionist mightbe on auto-pilot with physical exam formatting when on an account, and boom, they get a different account, where the formatting is different, they just do what they've been doing. Same thing happens with QAS. Doubt it was me to told you to do the DNR thing, because none of my accounts have that rule as far as I know.
