The patient was also given crutches if that might help. No mention of x-rays at all.

I definitely hear the "SH" sound at the begining and it is a very clear speaking dictator. It's an RN dictating for a doctor so I'm wondering if maybe she's just confused or something. I may just have to be a bother to QA and ask specifically.
