He just said it again, in another report (I am blessed tonight!)


There is tricompartmental articular cartilage thinning and surface irregularity s/l graced in the patellofemoral compartment.


I've heard "grade 1, 2, 3" etc. used relating to chondromalacia but not just with the word "abnormality". But this is a doc I don't transcribe for all that often....
