second edition of the BOS. They should go back to the first edition, but just add the necessary change about type II diabetes changing to type 2 diabetes. Medical record style guides should not completely change every three years. Doctors have never heard of the BOS for goodness sakes.

I think it is ethylene chloride - a "freezing spray" used to numb up areas for treatment.

I spent a load of money getting trained for MT and I STILL  am not sure about this.  What do the experienced MTs think??

CURRENT MEDICATIONS



  1. Pulmicort inhaler 1 inhalation daily.

  2. (s/l Byvactive) calcium supplements 3 times a day.

  3. Vitamin D 500 units one daily.

  4. Multivitamin daily.

Could not find Byvactive anywhere.

I would only be guessing on the second one. Cardiac markers would make sense to me, but that is too different from your sounds like. Someone else will need to help with second one.

    Sounds more like it would triglyceride levels since they are speaking of lab work but could be wrong...just double check.
