I get that a lot actually!

And here's how I make it look (haven't been notified by QA or hospital that it's bad/wrong either)

DISCHARGE MEDICATIONS:  The patient is still on:
     1.  Cannabis.
     2.  LSD.
     3.  Super Glue fumes.

Okay, so I've never heard of anyone on those things in particular, but a gal can dream can't she?
