That's the closest I could come to your s/l. There are blast cells, but I couldn't find that combined with anything like muco. There are platinum-based treatments, but I can't tell from your partial sentence whether it could be that.

I hesitate to give the name of the company because she is reorganizing under a different name. I looked yesterday on the internet and she does not have a website up and going yet under the new name. Thanks for the good feedback! I like my job and enjoy working for them. Gives me the opportunity to work from home, be a stay-at-home mom and homeschool my two children as well! I am drawing brain farts with hyphens lately. Just looked at Dr. Grammar. Still no help. I know that before a noun, two or more adjectives are hyphenated, as in broad-based gait. But what about gait is broad-based. ? Are there new rules on hyphenation? Do we always hyphenate heel-to-shin and the like?
