Subject: I know which ones to use, but I am appalled at the

I see posted on this board. I have long been a believer that documentation is better than opinions. The "leema" question was another one that made my skin crawl. Enabling is not helping.

I will never forget a supervisor who insisted a "sulfa" allergy was "sulfer" and wouldn't allow me to discuss sulfonamides with her. It's the same principle. Documentation is better than getting opinions of people who feel that are right and don't now the difference of how wrong they are.

At least half the people who responded to this question were wrong...does the OP know which half?
