will drive you nuts with that one, sticking it every place in the exam. Usually talking about back etc when they throw it in.

CVAT is usually dictated before or after extremity exam but I have, just yesterday, had a dictator say this in the extremity exam.


I'd just make another subheading (flush left,  if that's how the CP says to format and it is not a verbatim account....


BACK:  No CVAT.
