I found the same thing myself. I did use the cephal atrophy, but I may be all wrong, maybe not. It is in the same sentence (a run-on btw), that is talking about possible neuropathy. Really just doesn't make sense to me.

I know that scler is a prefix meaning hard. I have an ESL doc who is using this phrase when talking about a neck examination:


No lymph nodes or scler distensions could be appreciated.
