I don't do cardiology work, but do know that this scale is applied to MI patients at times, so just a guess.

Borg('s) is a rating of perceived exertion level.

Borg scale: Measures level of stress or discomfort on scale of 6 to 20. Most clinical settings have re-calibrated this to a scale of 0 to 10 (the modified Borg Scale).
