It sounded to me as if the doc was saying the clinical picture suggested sleep apnea/COPD, not necessarily that the patient's appearance suggested these things. You know - "It looks to me like this patient has anemia."

Glo - you're very welcome! Glad you found it helpful!

I finally resorted to WAGs myself LOL!

I have ended up leaving a blank there, and I haaaaate doing that, but, given context, I just can't reason out any of my WAGs as being in my comfort zone!

I'll revisit it after another cuppa ;-), and I wondered about malleus too, but can't "make it make sense" in my poor head.

Thank you so much, Jade.

I found a hit on Google where I saw something written like 1, 2, 2, and then I started wondering if there was some special method like the T1N0M0 type of staging? It probably is as simple as 1 to 2, but now I'm all confused and just not sure, and I Google is just not coming through for me on this one.

what goes around in life comes back around in life and there were so many good people in my work life when I was young and tender.....that I have gone through life helping others.  It's no skin off my back and it gives me such a great feeling.

with the period it sounds like in general she is less passive, and my understanding was that he was specifically saying that in work situations and other situations she was less passive. Okay, "other situations" is pretty vague, so maybe that's not far from being that way all the time, but I don't see any reason to make it 2 sentences. It is not a great writing, any way you do it, that's for sure.
