This is a female patient who presents for cough, nasal congestion, body aches, and a minimal _____ thickening history going on for about 1 week.  She is having some sinus and chest congestion. 

s/l double?

Really guessing on the sounds like here.  Big time mumbler.   The patient has a scrotal perianal mass.  The perianal area shows some slight thickening in the "pavitzwer" fold.

Any clues?

a repeat sl-PEE was done which showed normal left ventricular wall thickness.

this is pulmonary ESL--patient has suspected pulmonary hypertension.

dr says pt has pulmonary TS and LAM---does TS stand for tricuspid stenosis and does LAM stand for lymphagnioleiomyomatosis?

pt had a sl-hemosocis and ABG performed showed a normal PO2.

pt had a sl-VICU scan which was norma.

... hypoxemic respiratory distress is multifactorial. I believe he had an increased s/l *trunk fraction* through some atelectatic lower lung basal segment lesions.

I know there is such a thing as Fogarty catheter, but I there is no way I can hear that!

doctor states that he did a full pulmonary function test including s/l *theo*. 

Does this mean theophylline?  Never heard it abbreviated like this, so I am scared to guess.

Also, does anyone hear of Tricore Radiology in NJ area? (if that is how it's spelled)  TIA :)

oxygen saturation is improved than what it was in the hospital when patient was on a high s/l *con mask*.

I am thinking maybe this means concentration, but can't find it anywhere.  Any ideas?
