Found this in my cardiology book.  It was listed under thrombi.  I looked under thrombus, but nothing listed there that sounds like the example you gave.

She had an upper extremity venous examination on 08/16/05 which showed chronic deep in____ thrombi but otherwise was unremarkable.   It sounds like "intronitro glur"  does anyone have any direction for me at all on this one I am lost?
