Subject: It's gig 'em, a term denoting frog hunting and is accompanied

by a thumbs up sign. This supposedly came into being in 1930 when the Aggies played the TCU Horned Frogs, then a nationally ranked team, and an Aggie member said "What are we going to do with these Frogs? Gig 'em!"

as far as post-end versus postend.....hyphens are used for clarity and in this case I would have used the hyphen.....because it is usually end-stage renal disease....I'd give 'em post-end

If your account is verbatim and they said AV fistula give them what they said.  If you are allowed to expand, you could give them arteriovenous fistula.....

I hope I don't end up looking like a fool for posting this, but....

I have done more of this docs files that ANYONE elses... and I have never heard her say this before... "one q. day to p.a.p." she says it twice on two different meds.  She is always VERY easy to understand.  It's definitely not b.i.d. or t.i.d.  Does p.a.p. or t.a.p. exist?  I have googled all over the place and even had another MT listen to the file.  (please don't rake me over the coals... I'm a newbie - haha)

Help? Please? Thank you.
