I thought cops had the make up the words championship record. Then I started doing this job...Conclusion: docs go to school longer so they can make up better words...LOL...I only have a 2 yr degree so the stuff I make up is no comparison to some of the things I have heard in the past 10 yrs...

after doing a google search for gram-negative, lactose-negative rods. Basically testing organisms to see if they ferment lactose (positive) or not (negative).
Also, just FYI, gram-negative is not capitalized.

I would do 60%. I have several doctors that will say 60 (as in ) 6-0. Clarifying the numbers so you don't put 16. They do 50, 5-0 so you don't put 15 because they sound close. It just sounds like sixty-six-zero. Put what you feel is right but I would be from experienc it is 60%

I work for two people....

One person tells me to put disc for spine and disc for eyes. This is for a neurology account. The other person tells me to use disk for spine and disc for eyes. This is for neurosurgery. I still am not sure which one is correct though  I just go by what the person prefers.

I know some companies that pay ICs more than $17 (just two), but that's it. Many try to get away with paying by the line, which you do not want to do because you will bust butt and make nothing.
