Jehovah's Witness ? (capitalize in report)?

I only occasionally get a Jehovah's Witness patient, and it's always been stated in those reports for their beliefs re transfusions, etc., but my question here is whether or not y'all would capitalize this within the report.  It was dictated right before the allergies (which on this acct are to be typed completely in caps).  Needless to say, the client profiles don't list things like this.

This one came out of left-field.  I'd like to know if anyone has input on something like this.  Just curious.

Thanks!

I'm sorry, maybe I misunderstood. Did you mean the term Jehovah's Witness itself, because yes
Subject: I'm sorry, maybe I misunderstood. Did you mean the term Jehovah's Witness itself, because yes as noted by KL it is capitalized within a report, I thought you meant as header information.
