After all the times I've sent it to QA and they sent it on with a blank, this time he said it slowly, so it is "Ken Johnson's ridge."

I have a dictator who says this while dictating a bunionectomy, as in "trimmed s/l Ken Johnson's ridge." I can't find it in any reference, and when I've sent it to QA they leave blanks too!
