Last time I checked reference books, it was preferred that we do it this way. Not sure about the latest BOS, though.

  - This would be incorrect. The 'L' levels of spine refer to the lumbar area, - not the muscles, tendons, tissues being removed. n
- Ligamentum flavum L4-5 and Ligamentum flavum L5-S1. nm - nn
  - This one is correct, except no cap on ligamentum - fn
- Ligamentum flavum L4-5. Ligamentum flavum L4-5 and L5, S1.....nm - justme
