I had searched all over for veins and vasa in Stedman's GI wors, Dorlands, Gray's and Google. Could not come up with anything. Seems like the lesser curvature anatomy is not that complex and incisura most definitely seems to fit the context. In fact, the sura part of it was pretty clear...and the guy does have a slight accent. Thanks again.
