He does have some chronic dental disease, but no evidence of the previous large (Kaposi's lesion) on his tongue?

The skin around the temple area shows small light brown hyperkeratotic lesions which appear to be seborrheic keratosis.  Similar lesions noted over the entire back with (s/l debriding colors) 


ASSESSMENT: 1) B12 deficiency.  2) Seborrheic keratosis face and back.

I looked up all of the types of keratoses and only found seborrheic, actinic, solar, and pilaris.

This doctor sounds like she is saying "Likenoid" or "Likanide". I'm not finding anything in my references. Any ideas?

Listen for sub-K instead. I think sub-K is a common abbreviation for seborrheic keratosis.
