Axillary line:  "Passing through the center of the axilla. It divides the body into an anterior and a posterior portions."

I have seen the axillae mentioned under breast exam and also lymph exam.  Not sure if that will help you.

  • Could use Thorax or Extremities. Axillary line is the horizontal line - across body in line with the armpit. nm
    • I was incorrect with my axillary line. It's the vertical line viewed - from the side, like Bella said. NM
