intervention was performed "apneic" and patient.... I think that's one of those "made up" words meaning relating to apnea. The patient was under anesthesia for the procedure so doc used the term "apneic." I've heard them use the term "tachypneic" so "apneic" is a possibility... silly though it may be. :-)
