Mr. Catuogno (sp?)

Sir,  You seem like a true gentleman who is concerned about the state of our industry.  Most MTSOs are not as caring nor as professional as you obviously are by your eloquent posting here.  I don't know much about Sten-Tel, but after reading your post and seeing how much you care, I think I will look into your company more. 

I think you wanting to come on here and have meaningful dialogue is very well meaning, but as you have already seen in the thread to your post to "Milton" there is no rationale on this board.  Most MTs just come here to vent and complain.  They really don't want meaningful dialogue - it just makes them suspicious. 

That said, however, I still think your idea of one major think tank a month with your MTs is a wonderful idea!  I would just look for a different forum - MTStars is not MTSO-friendly (as you have found out).  It saddens me and I apologize for this board, it could be such a positive place for us to come, but anonymity breeds contempt.

I have been in this industry for over 30 years and have worked in hospitals, offices, transcription services, and even owned my own small service for a few years.  You are one of the most caring MTSOs I have ever come in contact with and I thank you for your time and concern.  You have restored some of my faith in the MT business. 

Please don't let the postings on here get to you - they attack everybody.  I enjoyed reading your post and could tell that your were sincere.  I applaud you.
