we can hear the lead-in terms. Also, it's Whipple (capitalized).

You might want to check your word books under "technique" and see if you can find your term there.

Think facet joint injections are what the patient received. Are there any doctors on your list that may have a name that sounds like been atouche? Try looking at the anesthesiologists' names. This is a long shot, but I can't even begin to get your S/L. However, that's a lot of facet joint injections at one sitting.
