Are you sure this is a GI medication. There is Surfaxin, but this is for respiratory distress.

The SI part could mean several things....seriously ill, strict isolation, and many others.  Is this for like final diagnosis where you need things to be expanded or can you just leave as is?

Sounds like "skull-marry-ah-lar" filtration rate. Even the doctor couldn't pronounce it as she tried to a few times so this is the best example I could give.
