OB "head at spine" -- see message

Subject: OB "head at spine" -- see message

"head at spine" refers to position of baby's head in reference to maternal spine. Usually "-1 or -2 station," have not heard of a -7, could "7" be "station?"

Have a great day

I can never remember how "C spine" is formatted, whether it is c-spine or C-spine or C spine. So, once and for all, and hopefully I will remember this time, how is it supposed to be. I don't own a book of style, yet.

it's also used as a general reference to the "neck" portion of a structure.  So where you would probably say cysts in the neck of the pancreas, he's saying cervical (meaning here neck of the pancreas) cysts.
