Subject: OR could he mean?????

Rotator cuff strength is intact and without pain. He does at **90 degrees** have a subacromial popping sensation. It is hard to tell whether it is the rotator cuff or the biceps tendon.

I am not sure if he stuttered when saying 90 90, BUT he did say 90 twice.
