What is the correct way to abbreviate miles per hour in a medical report? Is mph ok?

mph is the correct way to abbreviate miles per hours, however,

if that is what he dictates, then I would use mph, or you can also spell it out miles per hour, both are acceptable, sometimes also depends on the client preference.  If you spell it out though, you can get more characters for your line count!

Just starting today, my Q templates have been highlighted in yellow.  I am suspicious that maybe the reason for this is that we are no longer going to get credit for templates?   I mean, I have one GYN who says to put in the template, then changes about 75% of it.


Is this happening to anyone else?

That does not make sense.  Are you sure you are hearing Stool - that might be what is throwing you off, try listening for sludge or something else.
