Anoderm defect is correct. I am so tired. This doctor is strongly ESL and I fell for it. Three people listened and we all heard "underdam." That is with 45 years of combined experience. Why do they work here? There is vast difference between under and ano and dam and derm. I should have thought of anoderm, but I have been typing here since 8:00 this morning and it is now 10:00 in the night. Maybe I need a vacation!
