Researching tip.

Subject: Researching tip.

I remember what it was like to learn how to research as a newbie, so I want to share a tip with you. If you Google that phrase you were looking for "infererior terminate hypertrophy," Google will give you the answer by suggesting "inferior turbinate hypertrophy." Frequently if you enter a phrase like that or a few pertinent words, you will find what you are looking for. It may sometimes take some tinkering, like putting in a word or taking one out to get a result, but it often works. This morning I was trying to find out if "1-mm" fit with "ST segment depression," so I googled "1-mm ST segment depression" and confirmed that it made sense. Hope this helps.
