I was just second guessing because Doc said involving the face and then goes down to breast. Seems like it should be re-worded, but if that looks okay, I'm going with it. Thanks.

.... Remarkable for marked hyperemia/swelling involving the facial, specifically the forehead, left upper eyelid, cheek regions, left ear and retroareolar areas with weeping of clear fluid noted at this last locale.
