 "JEP" removed from axilla? sm

Patient has breast cancer.  Had some procedure (not mentioned what) and the report says:  Wounds are well healed.  The "JEP" was removed from the left axilla.  "JEP" is the closest sounds like I can get...

Any clues? Sentence reads: Right axilla reveals a right s/l consolent, pink rash which is slightly pale.

I must not be spelling this word correctly at all because I can't get even close to finding a definition for it.  Any takers on this one?  Thanks!

My doc is confusing me ( what else is new?).  He is evaluating pulmonary nodules and lymphadenopathy in his patient.  First he says "Hilar mediastinal lymphadenopathy"  then says "he is being followed for hilar/mediastinal (actually says "slash" there)  lymphadenopathy" then he says "there is a slight increase of the hilar or mediastinal lymphadenopathy" All of these he says clearly and I have no idea if it's AND, OR, / or WHAT.   I'm gonna start drinking ....... sinus rhythm?
