Subject: S/L "chaterer"

I'm sorry, I may not have explained too well....at the beginning, it makes a distinct "ch" sound like cheese. I know it's not catheter. Now, I could be misrepresenting the actual letters, but that's what it 'sounds' like. And it's used for resection also.
