The first part should be like this ...

Baseline pre-adenosine EKG reveals a sensed V-paced versus ..

I'm not sure about "pacing" as that does not make any sense to me. I think the "V" is referring to ventricular. Are you sure you are hearing V-pacing, and what comes next?
