I would change the first question to sterile prep and drape. 

Second question you are correct.  Cephalocaudad and oblique are different views of the x-ray. 

Third one I would go with bent tip as per Stedman’s I have bent blunt needle and have Googled with a result of bent tip spinal needle. Some one else might want to add in here on that.   

My suggestion would be use Google and onelook.com.  Get your self references when you are able to.  Also, take advantage of this forum.  Good luck.  You will get there.
