IMPRESSION:  Status post left total knee, a little bit behind in rehab.


We need to really push to get to 90 degrees.  I will give her two more weeks.  I have ordered an in range of motion instruments machine. 


Anyone heard of this?  I can't find it on Google anywhere.  I only find a "range of motion instrument for the spine."  Thanks!!

I know by BOS you drop the zero after the decimal point if it is a whole number, but what about when they are decribing tubes or instruments that have a lot of different sizes such as a 3.0 endotracheal tube. Thanks.

This was written in August of 2005. If you do a control F, you'll see that Arimidex hasn't been studied much, nor found helpful then, in men. But I see someone else posted that in a google search they found Arimidex used in men so maybe it is now ...
