It could be right as when they are "cleaning out" the carotid they make sure there are no slip

Anyone ever heard of a "tongue" of intestinalized tissue.  Pnt has Barret's and is having an EGD and twice I heard what sounds like "tongue" of tissue.


Sentences are -

2.  On withdrawing the scope the patient's GE junction was regular with a tongue of pink tissue extending less than 2 cm.
