what I was told by my QA in this instance and referred to BOS on language that may be interpreted differently than intended in a report, kind of like when I had to type SOB for a couple of docs because the account in general requested that all abbreviations remain as dictated, and it sometimes did come out looking pretty funny in a report... but I always just double check with someone to be sure that's the way they want it.
