I'd have never figured it out. I'll send it to QA and see if they can add it, and I'll add it to the normal I made. Thank you!

I would say hCG instead of HCG. It stands for human chorionic gonadotropin. It is found in the blood and urine of pregnant women (and other rarer things, like cancer). Blood hCG makes total sense, and the values you listed make sense if a miscarriage occurred.

So Raynaud's makes perfect sense.

work and time, I would try to find out if a separate spellchecker could be used with your platform. If it can, I would think it would save you a whole lot of time with a lot less hassle. JMO

except the base, which was cauterized. I would re-word to say: The scope was passed down to the cecum. A polyp was present, multiple biopsies removed it save for its base which was cauterized.

Subject: NWMNMT:Good grief, good grief, good grief..If this is the case, the doctor should also explain

the meaning in an ADDENDUM.
How do you know what the doctor meant? GOOD GRIEF, are you the know-it-all (hyphens must be put here, as it is used as a noun!) on this board? Get over yourself!

Who understands what it means without an explanation?
The MOST obvious is apparently like I understood it:
5 packs in 1 year.

Maybe the doctor really meant this, 5 packs per year, so essentially a nonsmoker.

GOOD GRIEF, get over yourself!

Is your patient a male? There are male sounds and female sounds. sm
Subject: Is your patient a male? There are male sounds and female sounds. sm

Male sounds are shaped differently than female sounds. Obviously, male sounds being longer. They are used to dilate the urethra in order to facilitate the passage of stones or perhaps JJ stents etc. They come in different diameters ie..18FR, 20FR etc. Hope this helps.

good/well
Subject: good/well

According to Webster's, good as an adjective and standard after verbs like "feel" and "taste". It goes on to say that both "good" and "well" are used to express good health, but "I feel good" may connote good spirits in addition to good health. I was always taught in English class that one feels "good," not well. If you feel well, your fingers are working correctly. Since it says that good and well are both used to express health, perhaps you can take your choice. I would write that he looks good.
Looks good to me.
