'It was mentioned that the patient has toxic multinodular goiter, which is clinically euthyroid and they will recheck his TSH and prescription for refill of Tapazole.'
Was just a short report commenting on note received so the above sentence is the only indication about patient regarding symptioms, etc., which may not relate to this drug. TIA.
