Thank you. This is a new dictator for me and she has a Spanish accent so I am finding it particularly difficult. I have two more is you care to take a guess.

Her MRI of the lumbar spine shows [s/l �epidurally pul ma tosis� 3:12] causing diffuse narrowing of the thecal sac at L5-S1. Her EMG nerve conduction study shows a sensory motor neuropathy. Her EEG showed 8 [hearts] after taking a Valium.

Any ideas? Thank you. Liza
