this fellow would call in a 6 minute dictation and then fumble through half of it (literally dead air - so productive), would carry on private conversations with other fellows, rush through the dictations she could do, and then absolutely mangle drug names, etc. Sigh. I think this is Monday not Tuesday.

The first one was "I did not feel it would work well for packing." I missed the "not" which makes sense now. The second one was "Malecot". Thanks for your help!

they chose to keep the text as it was - maybe thinking that "technically" he is not a drinker right now because he is in rehab - doesn't make much sense to me.

I went ahead and flagged it even though

he never again mentions the left tonsil.  Even at the end of the dictation when he says the plan is to rule out a right peritonsillar abscess.  Same thing he said in chief complaint, except there he said "left".  Oh well....I flagged it and I'll let QA make the change.
