the whole sentence for the DIAGNOSIS. I can give you the next paragraph and see if that will help. It is hard to understand the DIAGNOSIS in most of this Doctor's dictations.
DIAGNOSIS: __WOUND STATUS POST __, LEFT FOREFOOT
The patient is here for evaluation of her wound. She states that she feels better. She denies any constitutional signs of infection. Steri-Strips have remained in place.
