it's a spray-on topical anesthetic - maybe you could google ethyl chloride and see if any brand name pops out.  Good luck!

I finally reached the doctor.  He said it should be "Extracaine"....which is really strange because that doesn't appear to be too hard to pronounce and yet what he says sounds nothing like that, but okay..... :)
