Refilled her ProAir and her Flovent. Will increase strength of Flovent to 110, as she may have some s/l barking spasm.


I know about barking cough, but I've never heard it put this way, as spasm. Has anyone heard of this. I thought he may be saying marked spasm. I've listened to it so many times that I can hear both barking and marked, but when I think I hear marked, it sounds more like mark-ed. Definitely hear 2 syls.

I always thought it was bile reflux pertaining to the gallbladder but he clearly says bile reflex. Which is correct? TIA
