Patient being checked for clots in legs. I am assuming that Doppler is pleural as well, even though the Dr. clearly says Dopplers. Is this correct?

This is listed under neurological part of physical exam. It definetely sounds like sharp Doppler perception. I am not sure what this is.

was confusing is when I came across it was bacterial infection like sepsis. The docs tx was push fluids and take Tylenol. I thought if like sepsis they would do more. Started to get confusing on that one.
