She has a 1.8 mm S/L- celutoe translation at L3-L4 level. 


Radiographs show s/l- a foot 80 degrees right thoracic, 76 lumbar.  ( it really sounds like he is saying foot, he is foreign, and I do not understand where foot would fit in, but Im not familar with typing these notes.

Yes, to "the mycins" would be fine.

They don't always say things exactly right, but that's close enough to know what the dictator meant IMO. It is certainly common to be allergic to a group of antibiotics like that.
